DRAFT LONGFORD COUNTY COUNCIL PARKING PLACE BYE-LAWS 2026
In accordance with the provisions of Section 36 of The Road Traffic Act, 1994 & Part (19) of the Local Government Act 2001 notice is hereby given that it is the intention of Longford County Council to make bye-laws for the control of parking in the town of Longford, County Longford. These bye-laws shall be known as Longford County Council Parking Place Bye-Laws 2026.
A copy of the draft bye-laws outlining the proposals will be available for inspection during normal office hours at the offices of Longford County Council, Roads Section, Áras an Chontae, Great Water Street, Longford until Friday 24 July 2026.
Longford County Council will accept submissions in the following ways:
